Kryvex (“we”, “us”) operates the affiliate marketing automation platform at kryvex.net. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you connect a third-party platform (Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord), we store the OAuth access token and refresh token issued by that platform. These tokens are used solely to publish content on your behalf and are never shared with third parties.
When visitors click affiliate links generated by the Service, we record: the short link code clicked, a hashed or anonymized IP address, the referrer URL, approximate country (derived from IP), and timestamp. This data is used to attribute clicks and conversions to specific posts and campaigns.
We store product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, ASINs), campaign configurations, and post content you create or import through the Service.
When you use AI-powered features (content generation, trend detection, optimization), we log the input, output, token count, and cost of each AI request for billing transparency and debugging purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted JSONB fields. We implement standard security practices including TLS in transit and access controls on the database.
We retain click event data and analytics indefinitely for performance reporting. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect a platform through Settings.
When you connect Pinterest, we request the following OAuth scopes:boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write. We use these permissions exclusively to:
We do not access your Pinterest profile data beyond what is necessary for these operations, and we do not share Pinterest data with any third party.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. You can disconnect any platform at any time through the Settings page, which immediately removes the stored OAuth tokens for that platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
