By accessing or using Kryvex (“the Service”), operated at kryvex.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kryvex is an affiliate marketing automation platform that helps users manage products, create and schedule social media content, track analytics, and publish posts to third-party platforms including Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Discord. The Service uses affiliate links, primarily through the Amazon Associates program.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Kryvex facilitates the creation and distribution of affiliate marketing content. Posts and links generated by the Service may earn commissions when users click and make purchases. You are solely responsible for ensuring your affiliate disclosures comply with applicable laws (including FTC guidelines) and the terms of each affiliate program you participate in.

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord) via OAuth. By connecting an account you authorize Kryvex to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published and for compliance with each platform’s terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising policies.

Kryvex stores OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain platform connections. You may disconnect any platform at any time through the Settings page, which will remove stored credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must have valid accounts and permissions on all connected platforms.
• You must not use the Service to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates any platform’s policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys.
• You must comply with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and all applicable affiliate program terms.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided for your use. You retain responsibility for reviewing content before publishing. Kryvex makes no claim of ownership over content generated on your behalf.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kryvex does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, or any specific results from affiliate marketing activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kryvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost affiliate revenue, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
